Contractor Management

Mentor Services offers a range of Nationally accredited courses in Contractor Management

These courses would assist in the professional
development of:

• Senior Managers responsible for selecting contractors with a view to minimising risk
• Site Managers and Line Supervisors responsible for monitoring and evaluating contractors on site
• OH&S Committee Members

The courses are designed to enable the participants to:

• Effectively manage contractors prior to commencement of work, during works and upon completion of work in accordance with OH&S legislation
• Ensure contractors comply with your organsisation's safety management system and with relevant legislation
• Develop a checklist of all relevant documentation required by Statutory authorities such as Workcover relating to contractors working on site
• Evaluate contractor performance and assist management in preparing an improvement plan regarding contractor management.
