This course is designed for :

In addition to the up-front cost of worker's compensation claims, poor management of ongoing psychological stress claims may cause productivity losses through:

Mediation strategies to resolve disputes and minimise the risk of further claims. |

Analyse and address employees' barriers to returning to work. |

Effectively monitor and assist injured workers to ensure their rehabilitation in a timely manner |

Identify risk factors (e.g. work practices, actions or behaviours) that have the potential to affect psychological health. |

Ensure early intervention of stress related issues with appropriate referral mechanisms. |
