Employee Assistance Programs

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are a core function of our business.

By adopting our EAP, tailor-made to suit your organisation's needs, you are demonstrating best practice with your Human Resource, Risk Management and Health Services.

In partnership with your organisation we provide professional assistance on two levels to (click on titles to open/close):

1. Your ORGANISATION:
  • Identification and feedback on employee concerns that impact on your organisation's productivity and efficiency.
  • Critical Incident Response teams that provide immediate on–site advice, trauma counselling and incident investigation reports.
  • Training and Professional Development courses (click here for Workcover, Vetab and Comcare accredited training courses)
  • Medico – legal assessments for injured employees
  • Selection and recruitment ( psychological assessments)
  • Work Health Safety Culture surveys to assess ongoing improvement requirements within the workplace
  • OHS Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis and Report. (click here for further information)
  • Professional advice and support provided on-site to managers and staff during significant events such as traumatic workplace incidents , redundancies and restructuring
  • On site Mediation and Conflict Management in the workplace.
2. INDIVIDUALS (managers, employees and their families):
    Clinical counselling provided either in our offices or on-site to deal with issues that will affect work performance:
